Shipping Policy
Last Updated: September 28, 2026
Pill Access facilitates access to medication abortion by connecting patients with licensed healthcare professionals. If medication is prescribed, it is fulfilled and shipped by a licensed pharmacy partner.
Order and Prescription Fulfillment
After a licensed healthcare professional determines that medication is appropriate and a prescription is issued, the prescribed medication may be fulfilled by a licensed pharmacy partner.
The pharmacy partner is responsible for dispensing and shipping the medication.
Shipping Information
Shipping availability, delivery methods, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the pharmacy partner, destination, and other circumstances.
Any available shipping information will be provided during the process.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by circumstances outside the control of Pill Access or the pharmacy partner.
Delays or Delivery Issues
If your medication is delayed, does not arrive, arrives damaged, or you believe there is another issue with your shipment, contact Pill Access support so we can help direct you to the appropriate party.
Where applicable, the pharmacy partner may be responsible for resolving dispensing or shipment-related issues.
Address Information
Please provide accurate and complete delivery information when requested. An incorrect or incomplete address may result in delivery delays or other shipping issues.
